How can I get a Jira Software product for a Jira instance?

Hi!

Sorry for the beginner's question. I am trying to add a Jira Software product to our Jira site.

Another organization site which i also administer has an option to add a product in Products part, but the instance I need to add it to on the other site does not show this option.

What should be my steps to add a Jira Software product? (Trial for start)

Hi Vera, The usual reason for a site not to offer a product is that you already have it. Jira is a bit more complex than most of the others, but try visiting .atlassian.net/jira and go to -> "manage applications" - this will let you add Jira Software to your current JSM/JSW/JPD install.
