Error message when sharing ticket

Hello,

our customers receive an error message, when they want to share their ticket with other persons (Screenshot 1). Error Message in English Screenshot 2.

Normally it works out fine, but since several days this error message is coming up. We didn´t change anything in our Jira configuration.

Can you please tell me how I can solve this problem?

If this error message persists, I would reach out to Atlassian support to report the issue. It may be related to some regression. You may also try a different browser, but to be honest, I doubt that's it.

Thank you! Today it works out fine again. No more error message. I have no idea, why. But I´m happy that it performs again.

Check to see if they have an inactive Jira user account.  You may have to reactivate it, or ask them to provide an alternate email address.
