Email a customer from a Service Desk ticket

So we have just moved over from server based Jira to Cloud.  I can't see how I email a client and copy in others from a ticket - where has the "email" button gone"?  I can see the edit auto email recipient, but once ticket is created, where is it?I add a comment and "share" it, but my customers are not getting the emails.
