How or where is the “default language” for the chat with the Virtual Agent in the Help Center and in projects set?
The default language of my Jira as a whole is set to German (General Settings > System > General configuration).
The default language in my service project is also set to German.
My customer has also set his language to German.
If my customer now chats with the Virtual Agent "in a project", it also responds in German (based on my knowledge base).
Starting from here:
Virtual agent answers in German ("Hallo ich bin...", "Wurde ihr Problem hiermit gelöst?"):
If my customer now chats with the Virtual Agent in the HELP CENTER (without having clicked on a specific project),
the Virtual Agent responds in ENGLISH! ("I'm your virtual agent...", "Did this resolve...")
Why is that? Where can I change this?
