Customers / requestors can currently see our 'internal comments'. Where do I change that?

One of our Projects is currently set to allow the Requestor to see our 'Internal Comments'.  Where do I go to turn that off so they only see "Reply to Customer' comments?

Hey Karen, welcome to the community!

Internal commenting is a feature of Jira Service Management. If a user has browse permissions to the project and a JSM license, they will be able to see internal comments. The only way to revoke their view of those would be to either remove JSM Agent access, or project browse permissions all together. Hope this helps!
