I'm throughly confused about where to go to enable the extended customer details fields. My IT admin has me setup as an Admin in our Sandbox environment and I'm positive we're on the Premium plan.
On my navigation bar I see Customers, which allows me to add an Organization. However, I'm unable create a custom fields, etc. I've been trying to follow the instructions found here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-customer-service-management/, but do not have "Customer and organization profiles" available in the Features section of my project.
I don't have a "Directory" section on the navigate pane of any of our Spaces, which I've seen mentioned in other posts. Am I holding this thing wrong???? Please save me from myself :)
I tried to include screenshots but continue to get a warning that I've exceeded the 100,000 character limit. :'(
This feature is only available for JSM projects based on a Company managed template.
Team managed projects don't have this feature.
So you wil need to use a Company managed project for this.

@Marc -Devoteam- I've spun up a new company managed project and still don't see this under the "features" section of the new Space's setting. Is this a limitation of the sandbox or perhaps something my IT Admin has disabled/blocked?
