Customer notifications template

Hello!

For some reason a line appears in the template even though it is not set. I only experience this with one project. I copied the html and css code of another project into this template (where the line doesn't appear) and it's still not good. How can I remove the line?

I can't seem to reproduce this on my private or my companies instance.

I have checked also if it differs between company or team managed projects. but all is the same in both instances,

I would advise to raise an issue Atlassian Support, as it seems to affect your instance.
