Just a quick question, do you know of a method for:
Me as a Customer I go to the list of requests in the customer portal and by default I have set the filter to Created By Me
I would be grateful for a hint.

Haven't seen an option to do so. Those are fix defaults. The only things I could change is the column on that page.
A work around is to bookmark that page with the create by me selected. Everytime you go to the page, it will be set as create by me and whichever status you set it to.
