We have a project in Jira Work Management where I would need to create some tickets for some of our end-users.

How do I create a ticket that is linked to a specific project?

I don't want to create a whole new Service Management environment.

I want to create a ticket in our existing environment linked to a project in Jira work management.

How do I do this?

Hello @ACN Helpdesk ,

When you have a ticket created in your environment/peoject, you click on Link issue and select a kind of relationship you want build for the issue.

Now comes best part, how do you search the issue in other project/jira work management. If you know the issue key, you can directly key in the issue-key or else you can search by an example which matches the summary or the keyboard in the issue you are searching.
