Changing answers

Hello,

I have a field where the submitter, can choose what impact the problem has on his work.
Someone else configured the submission form, and I don't know where to find this option where I can change the impact names. I am pretty sure that is the simple to find but i can't. ;/

Hi @Krzysztof Matlak,

Go to the request type configuration and check what the field is configured here. Probably, this is a Priority field. So go to the global configuration (the cog icon on the top navigation) > Issues > Priorities.

If there is a custom field, modify options in the cog icon > Issues > Custom fields.
