Change the verify email/Stay informed by notifications template

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi everyone, I have set up my portal so that anyone can raise an issue. But before a user can see their issue Jira seems to send an email asking the user to verify their email.
How do I change what this email says and who its from? I have been into Notifications from within my Jira Service Desk project but it doesn't seem to be in there.
