Can't toggle 'Allow customers to create accounts'

Hi there!

Whenever I try to toggle 'Allow customers to create accounts' in my Jira Service Management settings, the toggle automatically gets removed after saving.

Is this not available in the trial version? If so, how would I be able to use the Service Management for testing purposes?

Or am I just doing something wrong??

Got it. If you don't create a service project first, the toggle can't be set. So, FIRST create a service project, and THAN configure the Service Management.
