The Customer / Organization details are a great feature but those details can change. It would be useful if those fields could be feed by a Confluence database so they can be maintained in bulk.
I can't find any information indicating this is possible. Does anyone know if it can be done?
Hi @Richard N_ if you can get the data into a CSV file from Confluence, you should be able to import with the API or right from the application.
It looks like same option would be available from the API to export the Customer/Organization information into a file. Then you should be able to import the data into a confluence page

I don't see anything automatic for this procedure.
You could enter a suggestion on Atlassian's Jira Site to automate this process. If you do, post the number here so people can vote for and watch it.
Hope that helps.
Hi @Richard N_
I can tell you that this is not possible.
I don't see any options using Confluence automation, as there is no trigger based on a DB change.
