Banner problem in JSM Customer Portal

Hey!

I am trying to configure the Jira Service Management Customer Portal (Service Desk) and have encountered a problem with a banner that contains the text “Lorem Ipsum...”. It is visible on the customer portal, just below the search bar. Unfortunately, I can't find any option in the settings to edit or remove this banner. I have no idea where this text came from and how I can modify it. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and knows where I can find the source of this text to edit or remove it?

Hello!

You should be able to change this from the Helpdesk Announcements area.

If you're using JSM Cloud, you'll be able to do so via these instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-an-announcement-to-the-portal/

If you're using JSM Data Centre, you'll see a customise button on the Portal at the top-right, and then you can update the announcement there.
