Seria possível fazer o download das informações de solicitação no Jira Service Management para o excel. Quero dizer, seria possível fazer o download da lista abaixo no excel?

Hi @Angélica Marques if I understand the translation correctly, you're looking for how to export that list to Excel.  you should be able to click on the 'Export' icon (the square with the arrow) to export it to a file.  You should have an option to export the selected fields to excel, or all of the data for all of those rows.  It may pull up another window with 'Export Issues' as an option, and you should be able to see "Export XLSX (form data)" to make an Excel file.
