Automation Error in Issue Creation from One Project to Another Project

Hi,

I have a issue in Automation and its not working.

I need to create an issue from one project to another project using automation.

Ex: Project-1 & Project -2

Project 2 has some required custom fields which is stopping automations from Project-1

How to resolve this  ?

Also my automation rules

This Automation rules is being running from Project-1 when its completed it goes to Project-2 as a new issue, it was working before setting some custom fields to required option in Project-2..
Please give us the reason why its stopping and help the process how to overcome this errors ?

Hi @Spartans - If project 2 has updated its field configuration to have certain fields required, then you'll need to ensure your create issue action is populating those fields.  The rule audit log should provide detail as to which fields are blocking issue creation.
