Due date centric
This format displays the relative time and date, or the exact date for completed, or breached SLAs. For example, due tomorrow at 10:30 AM.
Time centric
This format displays hours left on the clock. For example, time to resolution within 8h 30m.
In response to a question about displaying SLA hours in days in Jira Service Management, the community confirmed that Jira currently offers two formats: a due date-oriented format and a time-oriented format. Unfortunately, neither of these formats allows you to display SLA time in days directly.
You can also try using the SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on, which my team developed. It solves this problem very simply.
You need to go to the report and choose the appropriate format:
