Alertmanager Receiver for JSM Ops

Question

Hi folks,

We are slowly starting to looking into migration from OpsGenie to JSM Ops as described here:

One question that came up shortly after we started looking into this migration was around Prometheus Alertmanager receiver. OpsGenie has a dedicated receiver:

opsgenie_configs:- send_resolved: true  api_key: <secret>  description: "This is only a test description"  message: "This is only a test message"  details:    environment: DEV  source: local.dev  responders:  - type: team    name: SRE  priority: P3How would receiver look like for JSM Ops? I don't see JSM specific receiver and I am wondering if it will remain OpsGenie config receiver, webhook, or would it be something else?Thank you!

Hi,

I manged to get it working with the opsgenie reciever, but changed the api_url to:

'https://api.atlassian.com/jsm/ops/integration/'
You also have to check that yoe have the api_key from the integration you have made for prometheuse alertmanager.
Have not tested it a lot, but it created the alert, and closed it.
