Add time into web portal site

Is it possible to somehow add my filtered information into portal site. 

All my timings are different and all of them depend on organization. I want to pass this information so that client could see it in his service request

unfortunately, using builtin features you can't do that. There is an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-325

You could use some external app like https://deviniti.com/support/addon/cloud/extension/latest/display-slas/
