Add custom field to Customer Notifications Template

Hello,

We want to add a custom field to the subject in the customer notifications template.

I've seen this issue, but I don't know if there's an alternative solution?

Hi @Arnau Barbecho Barrado 

Yes, you could create automation rules for this customer notification and others, You then will need to disable the default customer notifications.

Within automation you can use custom field information in email actions
