I am trying to get (back) in to our Jira SM site. When I try to login I am told that the admin has denied my access. As admin i do not remember denying myself. Can anyone help me?

Ensure that you are listed with the correct permissions in Jira’s global settings. You can do this by typing GG in the Jira search bar, then searching for “Global Permissions” to verify your access level. If you have another admin account or can contact someone with admin rights, ask them to go to Settings > User Management and check if your user account has the appropriate access. Verify the customer access settings to ensure that they are configured correctly. This can be done under Settings > Products > Customer access in Jira Service Management. Sometimes, permission changes require you to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
