I found, that there is a way to use AI Triage for Incidents.
We receive Issues via E-Mail and they all get into Medium Priority.
Is there a feature, that automatically uses AI to identify the title or content of the mail and set a different priority?
Or is there a similar feature for certain words that we could activate?

There isn't an AI for this, but you can set an automation rule that assigns the priority based on the text that is contained.
I created this role. Activated it in the project. Somehow it doesnt change the Priority. Even the word is a 100% match in the description.

But AI in Jira is not available on a free plan.
