I won't be able to attend unfortunately, do you guys see solution composer primarily designed for new service desks from scratch

Hey @zoltanersek _outpostlabs_dev_ - Yes! To begin with new service desks from scratch but the capabilities can also be used to modify specific components in an existing service desk for example adding additional queues and request types using natural language or modifying them. If you have any use cases in mind, we'd be keen to hear and learn. Happy to setup a call as well to discuss.
