UPDATE 05/09/2023 - Thanks to all who have provided feedback. If you have enrolled, you should still be able to access your "in progress" courses under Plan and complete the course and survey.
This beta is now closed, but keep an eye out! The University team hosts betas pretty frequently.

We’re looking for volunteers to test our new self-paced course and provide feedback. This is a 4 hrs advanced level course with in-depth lectures, demos, use-case scenarios, and interactions.
Are you a Jira or Confluence administrator, or an Atlassian product/application owner or a user provisioning manager? Do you want to learn how to use Atlassian Cloud Organization Administration to bring your company’s users and products together? Then this course is for you!
Recommended Prerequisites: Understanding user administration is useful but not required.
Here’s how to start the beta test:
Complete all lessons (just as you would for any course)
Provide your feedback using the survey (final lesson of the course)
This beta test closes soon, so please make sure to enroll as soon as possible.
Share your feedback on the course and you'll earn a "University Helper" badge to add to your Community profile.
Your thoughts and feedback are extremely valuable. Thank you in advance for all your help to make these courses better for everyone. If you have any questions, add a comment below and we'll get back to you.
Cheers!
Kashmira @ Atlassian University
Hello There!
Thank you for including the training should take ~ 4 hours. I looked but didn't see how quickly we'd need to complete the training and provide feedback?
If you can provide the feedback in a couple of weeks that would be great! Make sure to enroll now though. We will keep beta open only until we get a few volunteers. You will need to complete the course and also provide feedback to earn the badge.
Hope this helps!
Kashmira
Hi Kashmira,
So just to confirm - once we enroll, we'll have access to the course for a week or more? It's been a 'turbulent' couple of days so I'm aiming to go through the course by the end of this or early next week.
The course looks really promising so I hope I'll get the chance to try it out :)
@Tomislav Tobijas _Koios_ - Yes, you will be able to access the course for a few weeks.
I am in :)
@Asha Great! Looking forward to your feedback.
@Kashmira Shukla I have some questions.
1. Is this course part of a Badge or Certification collection?
2. Is this the same course as the Atlassian Organization Administrator that was originally promised back in December of '22 that was meant to provide a cloud-only path for Atlassian Certified Expert (ACE)?
@Sierra Valdez - Answers below:
HTH,
Kashmira
Hello,
It says on the registration link, after clicking:
The content has been removed, retired, or is otherwise unavailable.
Is the test full?
Dear Kashmira,
I tried to enroll with the link above, but it leads to a "not found" page.
Best regards,
Howy
@Holger _Howy_ Woizick @Ausra Rimkute Hohl - This beta test has ended. But keep checking Community! We will have more in the future.
Regards,
Kashmira
i had the same experience. I have feedback to provide. when i completed the course, i clicked the <exit module> link. I received the error "Unable to access this Content. - this usually happens when the session has timed out. Click the link below to return to the home page." clicked on <Return to Home Page> and was at the Atlassian University page. How can i provide my input?
actually, my experience was different (i successfully enrolled). but when i got through the content and complete the course, i did not get the survey.
HELP!!
Hi,
I followed the link earlier this week and had a look around and thought I had enrolled and now I cannot find it anywhere...
Could not find an "Enroll" button anywhere, I did click on "Get Started"...
Done! I took the training and complete the survey.
Nice job, guys!
i think i followed the wrong discussion up above. i enrolled and successfully navigated the (23 sections) course - capturing my thoughts along the way. it was when i got a message that i successfully completed the course, they i received the error and never got to the survey to share my feedback. Please let me know how i can get to the survey to share my feedback. thank you.
@Cheri Hansen - It looks like you haven't completed the course yet. Also, the survey won't pop up after completion. It is listed as the last activity on the main course page. You can access the course under "Plan" after you login.
Hope this helps,
Kashmira
@Kashmira Shukla Hi ... sorry to be a pain in the #$$. Is there any way you can send me a link to get to the main course page? thank you once again.
@Kashmira Shukla or i'll be happy to send my feedback directly to you, if interested. please let me know. thanks again for the opportunity.
Just completed the course and survey as well. I had to restart the course as it lost how much I have already completed. Wondering how we will get the "University helper" badge. Thanks.
It took me much longer than anticipated to get through the course, will I still receive the Community Helper badge for completing it?
Hi @Kashmira Shukla, I would like to enroll in the course. Any idea when the next window will be open for volunteers?
@Saijad R Patel - This beta has closed. Atlassian University hosts beta tests often. Keep an eye out to enroll in the next one! Thanks for checking!
I started this and find quite difficult to navigate through the whole course, I lost the path already two or three times. It's dispersive at best.
