Bulk Operation Progress isn't accurate anymore

Anyone else noticing that the bulk operation progress bar is all filled out (as if 100% of the operations have been completed) when you're only partway through?Screenshot 2023-11-07 at 8.44.23 AM.png

Just noticed this when doing bulk operations in Jira Cloud (we migrated a few months back). Looks like it has been broken for some time but it worked on Jira Server.

This is a known bug: JRACLOUD-82346 Bulk operation progress indicator is incorrect
