Atlassian PM leaders share their Team '25 EU Atlassian Cloud Platform highlights

Hi Community!

My name is Maggie, and I’m the Head of Product Marketing for and Migrations.

Team ‘25 Europe in Barcelona was a sold-out, high-energy week packed with innovation and customer stories. Thousands joined us for exciting announcements. This year, we shared tons of updates on how we’re investing in our Atlassian Cloud Platform and its three layers:

  • The enterprise-grade infrastructure that all apps share to get consistent security, compliance, privacy, reliability, performance, and scale.

  • The Teamwork Graph, a unified data intelligence layer that connects all your Atlassian and third-party data, powering personalized, contextual AI experiences across our platform.

  • Platform apps, pre-loaded capabilities in Atlassian Cloud apps and collections that are built to increase visibility, improve alignment, and empower data-driven decision-making for all teams.

If you weren’t able to join us in person or would like a recap, our Product leaders are stepping in to share what’s new and what’s coming next for your teams. Watch their highlights and get the inside scoop directly from the experts below!

You can also catch on-demand replays of the Founder Keynote, Cloud Platform super session, and more in our on-demand library.

Enterprise-grade infrastructure - The foundation of our platform

Let’s kick things off with Alok Jain, Head of Product in our Enterprise Cloud organization, who will share the latest on how we’re building a secure, scalable foundation for all Atlassian Cloud customers.

In addition to user scale and sandbox enhancements (multiple sandboxes and Sandbox Config Deployment for Jira), we announced security and compliance improvements to help you protect your Atlassian Cloud data and meet your most stringent requirements. We expanded data residency coverage to include more apps, such as Rovo, providing you with greater control over where your in-scope data is stored. We have made significant progress for customers in regulated industries, addressing the needs of the German public sector with C5 Type 1 attestation and working toward C5 Type 2 attestation in early 2026. We also released Customer-managed keys (for new cloud sites), and much more.

Check out our security breakout session for a behind-the-scenes look at how we bake security into everything we build, and how Daimler Truck AG approached protecting their data and scaling securely.

The Teamwork Graph - Where your data is unified, connected, and contextualized

Next, hear from Ashish Sharma, Principal Product Manager for Platform Strategy & Integrations, as he discusses our big announcement about Teamwork Graph Externalization with Forge. The Teamwork Graph maps your teams, work, goals, and knowledge across Atlassian products, powering the insights and context that help your teams move faster together. Now you’ll be able to harness this powerful data for your own use cases!

Platform Apps - The essential ingredients for your System of Work

Shifting gears to platform apps – preloaded capabilities in Atlassian cloud apps and collections built to increase visibility, improve alignment, and empower data-driven decision-making across your organization. Melissa Hill, Principal Product Manager, showcases Assets, which is extending beyond Service Management to become a platform app.

And Admins, we’ve got you covered as well! At Team EU, we had our first Administration booth, where we showcased our four key themes to scale your system of work: Administration at scale, AI visibility and control, Data protection and user management, and Change and release management. We also hosted admin-focused sessions, unveiling new tools and best practices to make your admin experience smarter and more powerful. Plus, we announced Units – a new layer of control and flexibility for admins. Alison Huselid, Head of Product for System of Administration shares more in the next Loom.
