window appears when editing page

Hi team,
When a colleague in the Netherlands wants to edit a page in Confluence and clicks on the pencil, a purple-coloured help window appears. This is very annoying when editing and he can't deactivate it. This is not the case for me and my other colleagues. What could this be? How can this be switched off?

Likely this is related to an Atlassian feature rollout or a difference in user language.  My recommendation is to contact Atlassian support directly.
