how do i turn on automation?

I can't figure it out. how do I turn it on in the page settings?

welcome to the Atlassian community!

Automation for Confluence is available just for Premium and Enterprise instances (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/what-is-confluence-automation/). On a standard plan it is not available so that should be the cause.
