delete uploaded pictures from my PC

I uploaded some pictures to Confluence from my PC's picture folder.

After that I deleted that pictures from my PC.

Then uploaded pictures also vanished(with a message:load failed)

How can I avoid this case? I want to delete picture after uploading...

When you say "uploaded", do you mean you attached the pictures to pages? Were you able to see the images in Confluence after upload?
