Why is the app office editor for confluence not able to be installed. Is it not currently working?

When trying to use the office editor app after installation, trying to add with /officer editor or directly from the widgets, it says: "app is not responding" wait or cancel.

I've waited multiple times and it does not work. Any thoughts?
