Why is the Whiteboard application extremely slow?

When trying to interact with the Whiteboard application on Confluence, the application is extremely slow. When trying to perform any action, the response time takes several seconds to reflect the action. For example, if I wanted to zoom out or drag the screen view to another area, then it would take 10+ seconds to load and the target/landing area would be unintended. This lag is causing the application to be effectively unusable for me.

Hi @Dapeng.Zi welcome to the community.  On my system using Edge I'm not experiencing the same issue you are experiencing.  Have you tried other browsers or have other users reported the same issue on the same page?  Does it happen on every page, or just on pages with a lot of information.  

Another thing to try would be a different PC, that could impact performance as well.  There must be some thing more specific that is causing performance issues for you.  I also took a look at Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't see anything that was related to performance of the white board.

I'll second @Dan Breyen - I haven't seen this, but I'd be curious about your browser and the size of the whiteboard. Ours tend to be somewhat smaller and more contained to specific topics. I am on Chrome on a Mac and not experience any slowness.
