Why am I having issues with periodically having draw.io diagrams not being displayed

I am having issues with not being able to see draw.io diagrams being consistently being displayed in pages. Sometimes I can see them on a specific page and the next day I can't with nothing changing on the page or with regard to permissions.

The message displayed is:

Diagram not found

I am also not able to load the diagrams when I try to edit them through Confluence.

I would really appreciate any guidance or advise on how to get this resolved.

Do you have this problem with all diagrams?

Do you use Kaspersky anti-virus?

1. Other users don't seem to be experiencing this issue.

2. It doesn't matter which browser or if I am in incognito mode.

3. Yes all diagrams are impacted.

4. Yes I am using Kaspersky anti-virus.

Not sure what you mean by drawio SEN.... Will add this to the link as well as here.

Hi, I also have the same issue. Getting an error: error loading the extention!

when I try to manage the extention (enable) i get this error:

Unrecognized field "links" (class com.atlassian.upm.core.rest.resources.PluginResource$PluginUpdateRepresentation), not marked as ignorable (one known property: "enabled"]) at [Source: (org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteInputStream); line: 1, column: 26] (through reference chain: com.atlassian.upm.core.rest.resources.PluginResource$PluginUpdateRepresentation["links"])
