Where for I find and load the <Spaces> drop-down in Confluence?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This sounds like you are expecting to see "Spaces" in the top-level menu. You will not get that option if you have no permission to see any spaces. Could that be the problem?

Can you provide more information about what you are looking for? Do you have an example of a screen that has this?

Are you trying to add a Space selection field to a page in Confluence?
