Hi @Sreenivasulu Kavuri , welcome to the community. Your question seems to be an image taken from a Jira issue, which is rather odd. I wonder if I could get you to explain your issue here a bit more.
This is a follow-up to the Workplace post about automating reminders for the tasks created in Confluence.
When I create a task and assign it to a user with a mention (with @) with a certain due date (with //), the task will appear under Tasks in the assigned user's space, but Confluence does not send any notifications.
I understand that one should be able to set up reminders via the Task Reminder (https:/...) settings, but I am not if this is something that we have installed (or planning to install) at the org level. When I create a task and assign it to a user with a mention (with @) with a certain due date (with //), the task will appear under Tasks in the assigned user's space, but Confluence does not send any notifications.

I have not assigned issues via @mention and was not aware that was even possible. I would love to read more on this if you have a reference. That aside, when an issue is assigned a notification should come from Jira not Confluence. However a mention in Confluence should result in a notification to the mentioned user.
