What can cause corporate confluence page unreachable for all except for an admin?

We have a companywide access to the confluence and Jira, All of a sudden except for the site admin, none of us are able to access these apps.  The admin said he deleted something that was huge, I don't know what he deleted but now none of us can get in.  Help!!

On top of what Rob shared, your Org admin could take a look at Organization audit logs to troubleshoot this and inspect what happened > more info on that here: View audit log activities 👀

And yeah, if you cannot troubleshoot this alone and if you're on a paid subscription for any app, you (your app admin) could reach out to the official support team, as they can probably take a look at backend logs as well.

Oh no!

There's a number of possible things they could have done. What specific error are y'all seeing? Without more info -

1 - deleted a group that provides licensing - this would remove everyone from licensed users

2 - removed access to ALL spaces/content

3 - archived/deleted all/most content

Curious if there's more info you can share? Also, if it's a paid instance, highly recommend reaching out to Atlassian support.
