Trying to do an automation to offboard employees.

I am trying to retrieve data from Workday as a RAAS report import, to send an off boarding email from Jira and create a ticket. Employees with a future termination date of 7 days from today will be captured in the Workday RAAS report, the email should be sent to the vendor with their last day of work and employee details.

That sounds like an interesting problem, however you posted in the Confluence area, and the question seems to have nothing to do with it.
