I am writing to report an issue with a new sandbox environment I recently created.
In this new sandbox, the 'Ask AI' option that typically appears in the quick search bar is not visible or available.
I have verified that Atlassian Intelligence is activated for the sandbox via admin.atlassian.com.
Furthermore, I can confirm that AI search capabilities do work correctly when using the advanced search feature within this same sandbox. The problem is specifically that the dedicated 'Ask AI' button or option is absent from the quick search interface.

If you've checked everything (and by that I believe enabling AI via Atlassian Administration should be enough), then you might want to reach out to Atlassian Support to try to debug this issue further.
I know that, currently, Rovo is being rolled out to all paid sites, but that shouldn't impact the visibility of the AI option while performing a search within the Confluence app.
