Hi,
We are facing some issues with Confluence spaces storage limit.
We've the free plan (up to 2Gb) and only a few pages that are using almost 45Gb - now we can't edit any pages unless we update to standard plan. The problem is that we are not even close to have 2Gb of content, including attachments.
We suspect that page versioning was related with the 45Gb, and we deleted all versions except the last one.
8h have passed and there is no update in storage limit and nothing to purge/delete in Trash.
Can you help me discovering where the 45gb come from?
Thanks in advance,
Tiago
Thank you for your suggestion.
Instance Auditor detected that more than 200 blueprints were enabled. Are you aware if blueprints count for storage total? We just disabled all the blueprints but I believe we'll have to wait a couple of hours to see if it affects storage.
Kind regards
Tiago
Hello @Tiago Bebiano
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
There does not seem to be a native tool for drilling into the details of what is being counted in the Storage totals.
I found a suggestion that the Instance Auditor app from the Atlassian Marketplace might help with that analysis.
Otherwise, most posts on this topic say to contact Atlassian Support, but that is not an option when you are using the Free subscription.

I'm sorry, I don't know what all is counted towards Storage. I have not found conclusive documentation on that topic.
