Signed up for subscription to Confluence, but also seem to have created a second account?

I signed up for a trial of confluence, but now I seem to have generated a new account???  I'm worried about deleting or cancelling subscriptions because they seem to be linked in administration.

Hello @Jamie Daniel Sparks

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The tiles on the left represent Atlassian Cloud Organizations, and the apps listed on the right are subscriptions available within each of those Organizations, plus apps you have access to that are not tied to an Organization (such as Administration which is accessed through https://admin.atlassian.com, regardless of the Organization you then drill into).

I don't think that an Organization Name is required to be unique.

Each product subscription, though, will have a base URL that is associated with only one Organization.

I suggest that you navigate to each Confluence app listed and examine the URL that shows for each one.  The base URLs should be different. Also review the content of each site to determine which one you want to keep. Armed with that knowledge you should be able to go to Administration and find product subscription associated with site URL that you no longer need, and cancel that subscription.
