Scroll Documents Alternative

Question

Does anyone know of another application for side-by-side page version review other than Scroll Documents?

We have installed Scroll Documents but it doesn't handle large pages with a lot of subpages very well.

We need a tool that can display side-by-side version previews.

Same here, Scroll has removed read request and documents status features without any warning.

These features, that are critical for us, have been replaced by a workflow feature, that requires to be configured, applied to all existing documents. This workflow thing does not replace what has been removed ...

It is possible te re-enable the former functionalities, but Scroll indicates that they might totally remove it one day ...

This soft being now almost useless for our needs, is there an alternative ?
