Hello Atlassian Support Team,

I received a notification that my Confluence app on ntobana.atlassian.net is being deactivated due to inactivity.

I would like to continue using this site and request your assistance to reactivate the Confluence subscription because it stores many datas that I need.
I no longer see the space name via the Atlassian Admin portal.

Site details:

Thank you.

Best regards.

Hello @MHB

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

We further checked in the backend and can see the site is reactivated now. The instance was cancelled due to inactivity yesterday but it's currently active.

Hi @MHB

I have requested assistance from Atlassian on this post.

They will try to reach out to you via this post within 2 work days.

The options described by @MHB are correct, but only if you can still access you admin section and are an admin.

Hi @MHB ,

To reactivate a subscription:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

  2. On the Subscriptions page, select the Inactive tab.

  3. Find the subscription you’re looking for and select Reactivate.

  4. Review your subscription details and select Continue.

  5. Review your billing details. If they weren’t added before, you can add them now. If you select or add a new payment method, all subscriptions billed together in the same billing profile will be moved over to the new payment method.

  6. Select Confirm.
