add document owner user

Hello,

How can I add the document owner (person who created the page) by default.

I have created a new global template and tried to use a variable $documentOwner but it does not do the job.

My try is based on what I saw in the Product requirement global template.

Pietro,

That is currently not possible but there is a feature request to allow for access to common variables for use in templates through the template editor.

I would recommend that you watch and vote for the feature.  You will then recieve updates about this request and know when it has been compelted.
