I would like to ask if anyone else is having problems with the diagram option in confluence.
I have created a pie chart that is made up of three pieces of information (table) and one column is red, one column is yellow and one column is green.
The funny thing is, as soon as the information for green and yellow still exist, the yellow column turns to gray.
However, as soon as all three pieces of information are present (for red, yellow and green) everything is OK.
How can I fix this bug?
See the attached screenshot.
Thanks!
Hi @Simon Müller ,
I assume we are talking about our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Chart from Table macro.
Try to clear your browser cache and repeat the actions.
Also if you have Server/Data Center hosting, check the version of the app - the current one is 8.1.1. If you use an older version, please update.
If the issue still persists (I couldn't reproduce it in our test instance), raise a support ticket and attach the Page Storage Format (upper right corner -> menu ... -> View Storage Format). Also give the version of your Confluence for Server/Data Center in the ticket.
Thank you for your fast response. I will talk back to our IT regarding your advises.

Start with browser cache, maybe it could solve the issue.
