I have created a page in Confluence, which i am no more using. I am not an Admin in the Organization and hence I cannot delete that page. So how can i move that page to trash / bin so that it wont be displayed in my list of pages?
@Sagar Welcome to the community!
Delete in confluence is specialised action and by default Space Admin only have permission to perform this action.
So, you can check with your space admin to delete page for you, and she/he can't you have to ask your admin.
There is no workaround for this.
@DPKJ , Appreciate your response. Most of the times Confluence pages are governed by Admins. Sometimes it might be a scenario where a user created a page by mistake and we cant go to admins all the time to delete pages.
I believe the main motto of hiding delete is to prevent the users removing the pages knowingly or unknowingly w/o Admin's knowledge.
So i strongly believe users should have a flexibility to move a page out of the tree. May be some folder in confluence which can be named as bin and all the unnecessary pages should be sitting there. Move option like,
Select page -> : -> Click on Move -> Move to Recycle Bin.

@Sagar I agree. Let me see if this issue is already logged in Atlassian backlog.
I also felt need of this feature multiple time and only way around I had was to lock page so only I can see.
