Hi,
in Confluence I can tag every User with @. But with one specific User it suddenly stopped working for some reason. It doesnt find him anymore, and on old tags it doesnt jump to his user anymore. Anybody knows a solution?
Can you check if this user exists and active via the user management?

Hi, we're also experiencing this issue with some users. This appears sporadically and doesn't have some clear root cause. The workaround I use personally is as follows.
1. In the Editor mode click the Add link button.
2. In the search field paste the target user name.
3. Insert the found user.
Confluence will find the user by their name and, when inserted, the found username appears propertly formatted using the @username scheme.
