We are trying to migrate from Confluence Cloud to Confluence server.
I created a backup file from Confluence Cloud.
When I install Confluence Server and attempt to import the Confluence Cloud generated backup file, I get the following error message:
"Import failed. Check your server logs for more information. Error unzipping file: invalid stored block lengths"
I am using Confluence Server 6.12.2 (64-bit) and PostgreSQL 11.
The size of the Confluence Cloud generated backup zip file is 48MB.
Help is appreciated.
Tobias and Ram,
Thank you both for your kind support.
It turns out that my backup ZIP file was corrupted as Ram suggested. I created a new backup ZIP file and the import worked without problems.
This issue has been resolved.
Hi @Mika Nuotio,
I recently had the same issue. In my case the problem was the browser I used. Firefox and Safari did not work.
Eventually Chrome did the job :)
Best, Tobias

Hi @Mika Nuotio,
Please check the file ownership, it may cause the issue.
And also can you try unzipping the file manually to see what errors happen on a command line.
Thanks,
Ram.
