How can I create a report to track document expiration dates?

I would like to create a report to track document expiration dates.

I assume every document you mentioned is actually a confluence page, right? Then I would consider following steps:

1. Use Page Properties & Page Properties Report Macro:

• Page Properties Macro: First, ensure each document (page) you want to track has a 'Page Properties' macro. Inside this macro, you can create a table that includes a row for the document's expiration date.
• Page Properties Report Macro: On a separate page (your report page), use the 'Page Properties Report' macro. This macro allows you to aggregate the information from the 'Page Properties' macros across various pages.

2. Structure Your Page Properties Macro:

• Inside each document page, structure your 'Page Properties' macro to include at least the following columns: Document Name, Expiration Date.
• Make sure the 'Expiration Date' column is consistently formatted across all pages (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY).

3. Configure the Page Properties Report Macro:

• On your report page, configure the 'Page Properties Report' macro to display the required information. You can specify labels (if you've labeled your document pages), and choose to display only the 'Expiration Date' column.

Hello @MCCOMB, DENISE ~ can you provide more information?  How are doc expiration dates populated?  Are they from a plug-in or are users just manually entering date information?
