Problems with page notification

Hi

We have the problem, that a certain page isn't sending notifications about changes via e-mail to its watchers. This is new and wasn't a problem in the past.

Does anyone experience the same problem and has a workaround?

Hey @Christian Wenger, welcome to the community!

Can you tell us a bit more about the page? Like anything? Are page restrictions in place on the page or inherited? Does it affect every watcher of the page or only part of the watchers? The first guess is that notifications are not sent due to a lack of access. Can the users access the page but get no notification when the page is edited? Were the edits "published" or "published without notifying watchers"? You see, there's a few options here. :)

Hey @Max Foerster - K15t , thank you for your quick response. It seems as it would work again. We got an e-mail, that confluence made some changes and one only receives updates of the pages once a day further on.

I keep an eye on it and keep you posted, if the problem occurs again.
