Hello, I recently got married and my name has changed however I created the page under my maiden name but I am unable to log in to this account anymore and I can not edit the original page I created? Is there any way I can change the owner to my new account?
Hi @Emily Costello! I'm guessing that since you changed your family name, your e-mail address also got changed.
Since you are unable to log into your old account, I'm 99% sure that you have an Atlassian managed account. In this situation you should ask the admins to change the e-mail address for this account into the Identity Provider (e.g. Microsoft Entra, Okta etc), where the accounts are being managed
Hello @Emily Costello
Congratulations on your marriage :)
A word of caution though, this is a public forum and anyone on the internet can read the content.
We cannot access your Confluence site.
In this case, I suggest that you speak to your Confluence admin and/or your Atlassian organization admin as they would know how user accounts are managed and rectify the situation.
Those admin would be typically in your IT/Infrastructure/DevOps departments.

the person who owns the space can also change the owner of the page. If you are unsure of who that it I would recommend submitting a request to your help desk, I'm sure then the ticket can be routed to the correct person.
the admin of that space, or your org admin can actually do a bulk update for the space and make all the paged under the old user yours in one swoop.
