Hi,
Within my organisation we are using one space within our site as a homepage which our members should be able to access without the need to log in.
However, since yesterday around lunch, I am prompted with a login page when I am trying to access www.sfmi.se, which should not be the case (the problem was verified by multiple members).
I checked the space permission settings as well as the global permission settings and both are set to that anonymous access is allowed.
Does anybody know how this problem is caused?
Best regards
Claudia
Hello @Claudia Ehrentraut ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!
I hope i understood correctly, you want your space to be access by user without login. For that reason, you just not need to enable anonymous access to space but you need enable Site anonymous as well as per the below Atlassian documentation and you need to restrict other space.
Spaces have their own level of control for anonymous users that can be controlled independently of whatever access is granted at the site level. Unlike logged-in users who get access to everything unless manually restricted, anonymous users start with no access and must be manually given access.
Although space permissions can be granted to anonymous users at any time, anonymous access must be enable at the site level for anonymous users to successfully access the space.
For more information you may please have a look at Share a space externally with anonymous access
I hope this information helps..

Thank you very much for you quick reply. You did understand correctlly. I have enabled both anonymous access on the site level as well as on the space level. Yet, I am still prompted with a login page (Yesterday before lunch it all worked fine. But then around lunch, without doing anything, the login page appeared without any settings being changed).
Best regards,
Claudia

@Mayur Jadhav but it doesn't unfortunately. The site I am getting to as an anonymous user looks as below, i.e. it requires me to log in instead of displaying the content.

When I try to contact Atlassian support via Atlassian Support I seem not to be able to raise a ticket, se screen shot below.
